If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason after this period, you may be eligible for a refund under our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee.

Cancellation Policy
Any changes or cancellations to an order must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, the order may have already entered processing and we may be unable to accommodate your request.
If your order is successfully cancelled within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We are confident in the quality of Meroux products and encourage customers to try them for at least 14 days to experience their full benefits.
If you are still unhappy, you may request a return after the initial 14-day period and within 60 days of purchase. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
We carefully package all orders to minimize damage during transit. An item is considered damaged if it arrives with a defect or is physically broken. Minor packaging damage (such as dented or scratched boxes) while the product itself remains intact is not considered damage.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing info@getmeroux.com and including a clear photo of the damage. If approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
We do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for items damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper handling.
Shipping & Delivery
While we aim to deliver orders promptly, Meroux is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays caused by couriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
For delivery-related issues, please contact the courier directly. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, we cannot offer a replacement or refund.

Meroux reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the most current version before purchasing.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 30 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
