At Meroux, we are pleased to offer FREE shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is officially in transit to your selected delivery address.

During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.


Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery times begin after your order has been dispatched and may vary depending on your location and local courier services.

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect shipping details may result in processing delays or order cancellation.

If our system detects an address issue, our support team will contact you via email within 3 business days of your order being placed to verify your details. If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please email info@getmeroux.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to make changes, we cannot guarantee modifications after this window.


Delayed Delivery

At Meroux, we understand the importance of receiving your order promptly, and we work hard to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. However, delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

These may include, but are not limited to:

Meroux is not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors outside of our control.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We understand how frustrating lost or stolen packages can be. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, it is no longer under our direct control.

If your package is lost or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at info@getmeroux.com, and we will assist you to the best of our ability.

We recommend contacting the courier directly to initiate a claim, as most carriers have formal procedures for lost or stolen packages. We will also follow up with the courier on your behalf and provide updates when possible.

Please note that Meroux is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and such cases fall outside our refund policy. However, depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement at our discretion. If the package cannot be located, filing a police report may be required.
